StarKids by Michael (starkidsguide.com) is offered by SoulSync by Nanna, based in The Hague, the Netherlands, KvK 22055117 (Dutch Chamber of Commerce), VAT NL001707198B91. Contact: soulsyncbynanna@outlook.com.

StarKids is a calm, playful place for children aged 8 to 12 and their parents. Based on Human Design, astrology and numerology we create a personal passport. Children can chat with the little star Mickey, an AI companion. Mickey's answers are generated by artificial intelligence (AI) and may be incorrect or incomplete.

Only a parent or guardian aged 18 or older can create an account. The parent takes out the subscription, gives consent for the child's use, and is responsible for accurate details and for keeping the login credentials secret.

You can create a Human Design profile for your child for free. The full app requires a subscription.

The subscription costs €4.44 per month, including VAT. It renews automatically every month until you cancel. Payments are processed via Stripe.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. It stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for; after that, no further charges are made. You can cancel in the Parents' Corner or by emailing soulsyncbynanna@outlook.com.

As a consumer you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period. Because StarKids is digital content that starts right away, we ask you at checkout to expressly agree that the service starts immediately and that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal.

If we change the price, we will let you know at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel free of charge before the new price takes effect.

StarKids is for personal use within your family only. You may not abuse the service, copy it, resell it or attempt to bypass its security.

StarKids and Mickey offer playful, spiritual inspiration. They do not provide medical, psychological or parenting advice and do not replace a professional caregiver. For serious topics, Mickey always refers children to a trusted adult or the child helpline in their country (see the safety information in the app). In an acute emergency, call 112.

We do our best to keep StarKids good and available, but we cannot guarantee that the service always works without errors. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the damage occurred, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

All texts, images, the little star Mickey, the logo and the software of StarKids are the property of SoulSync by Nanna. You may not use them without permission.

In case of misuse or violation of these terms, we may suspend or terminate an account.

We may amend these terms. For important changes, we will inform you in advance by email.

Dutch law applies to these terms.
